In a joint engagement partnership, Sudarshana Labs works alongside the partner as part of a unified delivery team. Each organization contributes complementary expertise, providing clients with deeper technical coverage and broader security capabilities. Roles, responsibilities, scope, and communication paths are clearly defined at engagement kickoff to ensure smooth execution. Billing remains transparent, with each party charging for its contribution, helping clients clearly recognize delivered value across complex enterprise security initiatives globally.
Partner Referral Model
Within the referral model, partners introduce Sudarshana Labs directly to clients seeking offensive security services. Sudarshana Labs manages the complete engagement lifecycle, including scoping, execution, reporting, and billing. The referring partner remains trusted with the relationship while avoiding delivery responsibility. Upon successful completion, the partner receives an agreed referral fee, enabling value creation without operational involvement or technical risk while preserving credibility, trust, flexibility, and long-term client loyalty outcomes for partners.
